Everyone sells you the software.I stay until it is used.
I get an assistant into the hands of every person on a team, one at a time, each set up around how that person actually works, and I stay until it is being used. My own business runs on the same system before any of it reaches anyone else.
Free · About four minutes · You get the report either way
- You pay after it works
- No software to buy
- Nothing sends without your approval
- No vendor pays to be listed
Where it runs
Outlook, Gmail, Drive and the accounts your team already works in
Who it reaches
Leadership, operations, support and admin, one person at a time
What never happens
Nothing sends, files or schedules itself without a person approving it
We do not install tools. We train your assistant.
A private assistant that knows how your business actually runs, so your team responds faster, follows up without being reminded, and gets listings out the door. Every time somebody uses it, the business gets more documented, more consistent and more scalable.
- 01Private knowledge base
Your business stops living in people’s heads.
How you operate, how you word things, what you did last time and why. Written down as your team works rather than in a documentation project nobody finishes, and reachable only by the people you name.
- 02Custom workflow library
The work you repeat stops being retyped.
A listing launch, a tenant response, the report somebody rebuilds every month. Each one written once, as instructions your assistant runs on demand. The next person you hire inherits the library instead of the learning curve.
- 03Follow-up system
Nothing waits on somebody remembering.
Every lead, request and open thread tracked, with the next message drafted and sitting there for you to approve or bin. Consistency stops depending on whose week it was.
- 04Team training
Every person on the team can actually use it.
One session each, on their own real work, and a written page they keep telling them what to type. Not a group webinar that everybody attends and nobody applies.
- 05Ongoing optimization
It is better in month six than the day we shipped it.
We watch what is genuinely being used, cut what is not, and build the things the team keeps asking for. The system does not arrive finished, and it is not supposed to.
Software is worth the same on day four hundred as it was on day one. This is the only part of your stack that is worth more.
Three steps. The audit credits in full toward the build.
Nothing is scoped verbally.

Whose Data Moat? Workflow Ownership and Competitive Advantage in Vertical Artificial Intelligence, with a Research Agenda for Real Estate
Eli Bock · 35 pages
The durable advantage in vertical AI is not the model and not the data. It is operating the workflow that produces the data.

What this actually asks of you.
You do not have to learn software.
There is nothing for you to configure, install or remember. I sit with each person, set it up around the way they already work, and what they keep is a written page telling them what to type. If somebody on your team can send an email, they can use this.
Nothing goes out without you.
No message, no file, no calendar invite leaves your accounts unless a person has read it and said yes. That is the default on every seat rather than a setting somebody has to find. The judgment stays with your people; what gets handed over is the part that was never a decision.
Half a day, one person, before you commit.
You do not buy a rollout. One person on your team goes first, in a single session, on their own real work. If it does not obviously help, you have spent an afternoon and no money.
This does not become your project.
Half a day for the first person, then about an hour each for everyone after, scheduled around them rather than around us. There is no internal owner to appoint and no rollout for you to chase. The only thing that reaches your desk is the work waiting on your approval.
If reading this made you want the system rather than the article.
Tell us how many centers you own and what took the longest last quarter. That is usually enough for us to say whether we can help, and to say so if we cannot.
